All chalets and apartments are fully furnished and equipped (sheets, tea towels and towels are not included)
Sheet rental (6€ per person) and cleaning services are available
Keys can be collected after 3pm. All late arrivals (after 7pm) or arrivals at other times must be notified.
Bookings can be made by post, telephone, fax, email or internet through the addresses, telephone and fax numbers specified. Chaillol Loisirs can take your deposit by telephone by credit card. Indicate the 16 digit card number, expiry date and the security code on the back.
As soon as the deposit is received, Chaillol Loisirs a rental contract will be created detailing the dates, price, description of the property rented and any other services included .
The balance is due at the latest on the day of arrival when the keys are collected.The period of rental cannot be extended without prior agreement from the owner of the property or the agency. The tenant agrees to this.
The tenant must not undertake or have any intent to undertake any commercial or professional activity in the property. Whilst the property is under contract to the tenant, he is not entitles to sublet the property.
By paying the deposit the tenant has committed to renting the property on the dates agreed in the contract and to paying the balance on the date agreed whether or not he actually stays in the property.
In the eventuality that the tenant doesn’t stay in the property on the dates agreed the agent has the right to re-rent the property immediately. The tenant is still obliged to pay the balance of the rental in this case.
If the client cancels his holiday after paying a deposit and signing the contract and the reason for cancellation is not covered by a cancellation insurance policy, he is still liable to pay the outstanding balance. In case of a cancellation that is covered, the excess is fixed at 20€.
The amount of the security deposit for the property is specified in the contract and is to be paid before entering the apartment as security against damage to furniture and obects in the property.
The amount will be reimbursed within one month after any deductions are taken to replace any damaged objects, initiate repairs or extra cleaning required by the negligence of the tenant. If the amount of the security deposit does not cover any damage, the tenant agrees to pay the rest.
In the case of payment of a security deposit by credit card the tenant authorizes the agent to debit the amount of any damages or charges after the production of an invoice.
The property should be rented in clean and good condition and left in the same state. It is the obligation of the tenant to notify the agency if the property is not in a good state or there are any damages on arrival. Not doing this leaves the tenant liable for paying for the damages or cleaning. No property inspections are undertaken on Sundays or bank holidays.
The tenant agrees to take the property in the state he finds it on arrival assuming it is in accordance with the description given.
The agent agrees to provide the property in line with the description and to respect the obligations of this agreement.
Chaillol Loisirs cannot be held responsible for any cuts or problems with services such as water, electricity, heating or electrical goods. Chaillol Loisirs will however in all cases try to get the problem fixed as quickly as possible.
The tenant must be insured against risk of theft, fire, water damage both for furniture and property and that of its neighbours and to show this cover to the agent if requested. As a result, they disclaim all liability their insurance company may have against the agent if sinister
If after 8 days notice, any failure to pay by the deadlines or breach of any provision of this contract, is still not rectified, the agent has a right to terminate the contract and the tenant will be issued a court order to leave the premises.
In any case of dispute that cannot be settled internally, the court in Gap will have jurisdiction.
Some activities are not available in low season (before July 7 and after August 25 for the summer, before December 18 and after 31 May for the winter). The information presented is provided for guidance only and we do not engage our responsibility.
